The Chesaning Area Historical Society and Museum is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to preserve, discover and memorialize the history of Chesaning and the surrounding area. Our wonderful little museum is a local treasure and we love to have guests – children’s groups, local clubs and civic organizations, and especially you!
The Chesaning Area Historical Museum will be adding special weekend hours for this upcoming summer season. In addition to our regular weekdays hours, the museum will be open from 10 AM to 2 PM every Sunday, from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We’ve just uploaded the the first issue of the Riverside Times to our Youtube channel. The inaugural issue covers various winter activities, and contains pioneer memories from some of our earliest settlers.
